(\u00e2\u20ac\u0153AvaCon\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) is committed to conducting its business in accordance with ethical and professional standards, and therefore has adopted the principles set forth below as organizational policy.<\/p>\n<p>Each member of the Board of Directors and employees and volunteers shall:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00c2\u00a0Act with honesty and integrity.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00c2\u00a0Exercise loyalty to AvaCon, acting in the best interests of the organization and taking no action that would undermine or impede the activities of AvaCon.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00c2\u00a0Adhere to high standards of professional conduct, in particular regarding meeting attendance, preparedness, objectivity, mutual respect, courtesy, and candor.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00c2\u00a0Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00c2\u00a0Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and competitively sensitive or valuable information of AvaCon.<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00c2\u00a0Respect the principles of free competition as embodied in the antitrust laws.<\/p>\n<p>7. \u00c2\u00a0Support the protection of the assets of AvaCon including intellectual property.<\/p>\n<p>8. \u00c2\u00a0Encourage AvaCon
