OpenSim Users Conference

AvaCon is gauging interest in holding an OpenSim Users Conference to take place in multiple OpenSim worlds/grids with the possibility of making this an annual event.  The focus would be a professional conference to support education, scientific enquiry, and community engagement with the OpenSim open source virtual world platform (http://opensimulator.org).

The conference would feature presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and social events to enhance the knowledge of technical, scholarly, and community produced works across diverse sectors of platform use, including:  business, enterprise, government, health, education, art, machinima, and social uses.
